I am looking for someone who can clean and make repairs to a mobile home. Cleanup includes: vacuum, using rental carpet cleaner, vinyl flooring, bathrooms (2), kitchen (including appliances) Repairs include: replacing two broken bedroom window panes, replacing wall-mounted light fixtures in both bathrooms, repairing holes in bathroom ceiling and bedroom wall, rebuilding new wall behind toilet (dividing closet and bathroom) in one bathroom, making two cabinet doors where doors are missing from one cabinet (below window in kitchen), repair/replace broken kitchen cabinet door, re-seal around bathtubs, repair back exterior corner of home with aluminum siding to replace wooden board, ensure all cabinets and doors open and close properly.
