1) Handyman or Handyperson We have had the same guy for 5 years. He does things around our commercial property and residential property. His regular job is working him a lot of overtime, plus he is experiencing some health issues. He needs to slow down. He is honest and we are honest. We are looking for someone who has lots of experience fixing and repairing various things at a residential and commercial property. One of the first projects is repairing and replacing boards on an aging cedar deck. Paying $20-$25 hrly. 2) Mr. or Ms. Yard Maintenance Person We have flower beds that need weeds pulled every 2-3 weeks, primarily at the Kirkwood property. 12-14 beds at the Kirkwood property and 6-7 at the Creve Coeur property. We do NOT need someone to mow at either property. Pay $15 hrly. We do conduct a criminal record history. We require a TOTALLY clean criminal record. Please send a resume for consideration. Thank you!
