Beautiful Lab and Great Pyrenees Mix. 5 Years old. We had a death in our extended family and we got custody of 5 children and two of them are allergic to dogs. Adding five people to our house and two with allergies just isn't working out well. We raised the dog since he was six weeks old, so this is a hard decision to make. He is incredibly sweet, cuddly, housebroken, knows basic commands and walks on a lease very well. He is food protective and has to be feed when other dogs are not around. He has growled at one of the younger kids a couple times when the kid tried to take one of his bones from him while he was chewing on ot, but we've been working on that and he hasn't done that since. He is a vocal dog and will bark at strangers walking by or that come to the door (I liked this, personally). He would be a great dog for a family without younger kids or single person without young kids to keep strangers away form the house.
