Found dog - small

Small dog found near MISSION and CEDAR in West Central neighborhood. Was skittish and ran (chased him almost a mile!) but did not bark or attempt to bite. Older dog. Once I cornered him and picked him up, he relaxed immediately. Are you missing him? He's wearing a collar with no identification tags.
