Hi Im looking for someone that has experience with cutting rat teeth. I took him to the vet in Binghamton a month ago but already his teeth grew back. Id pay $20.00 just to do it. Close to Morris NY would help. And he is friendly he has never bit anyone. Im scared and paying $20.00 is worth it. I tried doing it but am afraid id kill him by clipping his tonge.
