North Carolina Youth Ministries is excited to welcome the youth of NC to our Move The Mission Youth Camp 2021! NC Move The Mission Youth Camp is for Ages 12-21. Campers must be no younger than 12 or older than 21 by June 16th, 2021. No exceptions. LOCATION: NC Wesleyan College, 3400 N Wesleyan Blvd., Rocky Mount, NC 27804 SPEAKERS: Day Speaker/Worship Leader - David Jennings, Silsbee, TX Night Speaker - Rema Duncan, Chicago, IL REGISTRATION: Early Registration $185 ENDS May 31st 11:59PMLate Registration $200 ENDS June 15th 5:00PMCounselor Application ENDS May 31st 11:59PMDue to state guidelines, restrictions, and mass gathering limits for COVID-19, the Wesleyan College campus has a capacity limit that may affect our registration. For this reason, we are required to limit our campers, counselors, and staff that will be staying on the campus. On June 1st, these gathering limits are expected to be mostly lifted, which should allow us to accommodate more campers. For this reason, we will be implementing a waitlist, should registration numbers exceed the initial capacity allowances. In the unlikely event that capacity does not increase, all registrants on the waitlist will receive a full refund. The mask mandate will still be in effect inside the campus facilities according to state regulations. As we go into this registration process, we ask that you be in prayer as we navigate the requirements necessary to hold this event. We are praying that restrictions will not impact our registration and that Wesleyan will be able to host all of our campers who are making plans to attend this amazing event. Lastly, the auditorium is currently at a 591 seating capacity (50%) and is expected to double after June 1st. We should be able to accommodate visitors for our night services as well. CHECK-IN: Wednesday, June 16th, 3-5PM. Please ensure to arrive on campus within the registration window. ALL CAMPERS must bring completed copies of the Camp Rules and Consent forms. Dinner will be served on check-in day. CHECK-OUT: All students must be off the camp grounds by 10AM on Saturday, June 19th. Leaders can register and pay for students as a group, or separately. To register and pay for your whole group, click on the dropdown for quantity. This will allow you to run your credit/debit card once, then enter in info for each student. (Please do not use the same name more than one ticket.) COUNSELORS​: All counselors should be at least 25 years of age and preferably married.
