Job Summary: Seeking a professional cleaner to perform a variety of cleaning and janitorial duties. The cleaner will be in charge of maintaining all public and private spaces to employer standards. Duties and Responsibilities: • Dust, clean, and disinfect surface areas, counter surfaces, light switch plates, door handles, push bars, and all vents • Clean floors, including vacuuming carpet, sweeping, mopping, dust mopping of all hard floors • Clean kitchens, including restocking paper dispensers, empty trash, clean and disinfect appliances, light switch plates, and door handles, sweeping and mopping hard floor • Empty trash and replace liners • Clean and disinfect furniture and room accessories as needed • Clean bathrooms, including restocking paper dispensers, empty trash, clean and disinfect fixtures, clean mirrors, clean and disinfect partition doors, light switch plates, door handles and walls, sweeping and mopping hard floors, and clean toilets and urinals • Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors • Ensure safe and sanitary storage and care of products, supplies, and equipment • Monitor and maintain sanitation and organization of assigned areas • Carry out cleaning tasks and special projects • Cooperate with staff • Report repairs and replacements needed when encountered on the job • Follow all health and safety regulations • Performs additional duties as needed
