Chopping and stacking wood

Jobs

Blue Ridge Road, Port Townsend WA

Description

We have piles of seasoned logs in our yard that we'd like to buck, chop and stack about 6 cords of wood from to be stored in our adjacent wood sheds. We rely on wood heat for the winter. We're looking for someone who can buck the logs and load them into a trailer (we have the trailer) and stage them for splitting with a wood splitter. Or if you can, hand split the wood and stack into our wood shed. We'll pay hourly or by trade (take some of the wood, cord for cord), or a combination of those. Starting at $15/hour. Pay negotiable depending on experience and an estimate in how long it will take you. If you're experienced and can knock out the job quickly, then willing to pay up to $25/hr.
