Join Shark Stewards, the South End Rowing and Dolphin Clubs celebrating the earth and ocean health for a World Oceans Day marine debris survey, beach clean up and Bioblitz at Aquatic Park. Make a statement to protect fish and stop overfishing by wearing a ocean creature costume and making a sign to save the ocean and wildlife. Meet at the bleachers mid-park and look for the sign and sign in sheet. We have buckets and pickers for use but please return them! Advance sign up and donations accepted for our youth program suggested but not mandatory. Since 2015 we have been monitoring and segregating marine debris, recycling and working to reduce ocean pollution. Over 100,000 butts have been picked up. Let's make the Park smoke free and the ocean healthy by stopping overfishing COVID Safety required: masks and social distancing a must. See Less See Less
