The Job Coach shall possess the ability to effectively and efficiently supervise up to six clients in a variety of job tasks in a community-based setting. General organizational abilities, including effective time management skills necessary for the coordination, implementation, documentation of individual case plans for those clients supervised is required. The Job Coach will act as liaison between client, employer, co-worker, and all individuals who interact with the client while on the job. Will be required to keep the Site Supervisor and staff informed regarding all aspects and issues pertaining to the crew and site. Must be a team player within the Supported Employment program. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Train, supervise, provide quality control, and support individuals served in community-based employment. Keep current on contract requirements, maintain scope of work to ensure our crew is meeting/exceeding customer’s expectations. Safely operate and maintain equipment as related to specific jobs. Provide ongoing supervision of individuals under your care, and maintain a safe work environment.
