Innercise Yoga at Wild Heaven Beer! Innercise Yoga teaches FREE YOGA every Sunday at Wild Heaven Beer (Avondale Estates). We're outside when the weather is nice! In order to follow social distancing protocol we are placing yoga mats 4 feet apart and this event is limited to 25 participants (5 donations spots). There will be a complimentary hand sanitizer station upon arrival, which is mandatory upon entering the building or using the facilities.Please wear your mask as you enter and you will have the choice to remove it once you start practice. Bonus: A half-pour of beer will be served to anyone who takes class! NOTE: Kelsey Reed will be out of town both May 2nd & 9th. Bri will be subbing for these two dates! Book your free spot today!
