Join us again this year at beautiful Ledgemont Country Club in Seekonk, MA to enjoy a fantastic day of golf and tennis. As you know, the Meghan K. Duffy Memorial Foundation was established to honor Meg’s all too short life and her courageous and giving spirit. Through your generosity this Tournament has raised more than $150,000 to assist local families with children facing life-threatening illnesses and to provide scholarships to area students attending Providence College. The proceeds of this year’s tournament will assist the recently created “Meghan Duffy Hardship Fund at A Wish Come True” which assists families with children facing life-threatening illnesses who have emergency funding needs such as food, clothing, rent/mortgage payments, automobile related costs, and utility and other outstanding bills. This stop-gap funding has proved to be invaluable to families living in Southeastern MA and RI whose children receive their “Wish” from A Wish Come True based in Warwick, RI. Additionally, we will continue to fund the Meghan K. Duffy Endowed Scholarship Fund at Providence College which ensures that local students will be the recipient of this important permanent scholarship aid for decades to come. This is a wonderful and lasting tribute to Meghan’s memory and honor. We could not do this important work without your generosity or friendship and we deeply appreciate your participation!
