VENDOR REGISTRATION FOR BIG BEAR LAKE "GRILL & CHILL" 2021 Visit Big Bear and Bones & Brews is happy to bring "Grill & Chill" back to Big Bear Lake, CA for a third year! This event is a KCBS sanctioned barbeque competition on Memorial Weekend 2021 open to professional and amateur cooks with 17 cooking teams competing for cash and prizes! Over 10,000 guests are expected to attend this FREE event through the weekend, from families and visitors to local residents. Grill & Chill will open at 10am each day and close at 5pm. Located in the heart of The Village in Big Bear Lake, Grill & Chill kicks off summer with a sizzle and is one event not to be missed! Visit Big Bear is seeking vendors to add a kick to our Vendor Village with selling unique artisan merch that appeals to foodies. Mass produced merch is not preferred. Food vendors who complement the KCBS competition are also welcome (i/e/ shaved ice, burgers, hotdogs, ice cream, funnel cakes, etc.). Vegan/vegetarian alternatives are also encouraged. Event requires 2-day participation, valid TFF permit, food handler's certificate and seller's permit as needed, required at time of registration. New vendor applicants are required to submit photos of display booth and products sold to gain approval. Vendor parking off-site at a short walk; 1 car per booth. Approved vendor partners will receive additional instructions. Event photographers will be present at all event locations. Please be aware that by purchasing entry into this event, that you consent to the use of your voice, name and/or likeness being used in any and all media including but not limited to video, photo, and print, without notice or compensation. ENTRIES ARE EXTREMELY LIMITED AND MUST BE APPROVED IN ADVANCE AND IN WRITING BY VISIT BIG BEAR! A PROMOTIONAL CODE IS NEEDED TO RESERVE AND PAY FOR YOUR BOOTH. This is a rain or shine event, no refunds or exceptions.
