Press release from the City of New Port Richey: 2021-05-07 The City of New Port Richey will begin work on improvements to the Nebraska Avenue parking lot located at Bank Street and Nebraska Ave on Monday, May 10, 2021. As a result, the parking lot will be closed to all vehicles for the duration of the project which is estimated to be completed in 120 days. In addition, traffic will be limited to one-way on Nebraska and Missouri Avenues during the construction period. Please see the map for further details. Additional parking will available at the Gloria Swanson parking lot located off of Bank Street just north of Main Street. A temporary parking lot will also be available west of the existing parking lot at Bank Street and Nebraska Avenue. Every effort will be made to expedite the work.
