Aqua Blue Pool Services has been servicing the Lakeway and Spicewood areas for nearly 20 years. We are one of the largest pool service companies in Austin. We are seeking a Floater to join our team on a full-time basis. The winning candidate will be a customer focused, motivated self-starter who will embrace the dynamic nature of the position. The company is looking for a Pool Service professional who has both cleaning and repair experience or is a Pool Service Technician looking to take the next step to transition to a Repair Technician. We offer paid training, highly competitive wages, a company vehicle, tools, equipment and opportunities for advancement. CPO qualifications and previous experience desired but not necessary. Responsibilities: • Cover routes in the absence of a Pool Service technicians • Complete repair tickets as assigned by the Lead Repair technician • Assist is the training of new Pool Service technicians • Diagnosing pool maintenance issues and report issues as required. • Maintain a safe and clean work environment. • Track all equipment and supplies. • Perform other duties as assigned. • Exhibit professional conduct at all times, including while driving the company vehicle. • Wear company provided uniform at all times. Requirements: • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record • The ability to lift 50lbs or more • Strong work ethic, integrity and accountability • Good interpersonal skills and ability to show initiative. • Be willing and able to work outdoors year round and cope with the physical demands of the job Compensation: Aqua Blue Pool Services seek long term employees.
