Are you nervous about joining a gym because you are "no longer in your 20s", are unsure what to do, maybe you have injuries or pain that keeps you from being active or you are worried the gym might be too intense.
This 1 hour workshop is designed to increase YOUR confidence in functional fitness through a movement assessment and workout which will be modified according to your needs. We LOVE our more mature members at Fundamental HQ and love seeing them crush their workouts, stay functional, decrease pain and risk of chronic disease and increase confidence in themselves. One of our Master’s members has seen a reversal in her osteoporosis and another discovered a love of surfing after age 50 because of what they do in the gym.
