Aerospace company looking for Partmark and General Help. Candidates must be dependable, detail oriented, focused and driven to process consistent product with high quality workmanship in accordance with customer requirements. Part Marking * Application of markings to metallic and plastic substrates using various ink types. * Read and interpret drawings & prints where partmarking requirements are applicable. * Create silkscreens and custom marking fixtures of all proportions (large, small, extra small). * Mix inks according to specified ratios and record operations and amount(s) used. * Set up and use manual print press and hand fixtures. * Inspect completed operations for quality and accuracy against requirements (e.g. caliper check). * Organize re-usable fixtures/screens and maintain a clean work area. Key Responsibilities: * Consistently produce quality prints that meet all applicable requirements for dimensional accuracy and cosmetic appearance. * Complete tasks effectively and efficiently even when there are competing requirements and changes in assignments. * Must work independently with minimal supervision. * Maintain a cooperative working relationship with co-workers and supervisors. Skills & Experience: * Ability and willingness to work in a team environment * Ability to handle multiple tasks * Ability to perform repeated movements and stand for long periods throughout the work day * Perform duties in a safe manner, observing all safety rules and regulations * Must have the ability to read and comprehend instructions * Add, subtract, multiply and divide simple equations * Ability to read blueprints a plus General Help (floater) * Perform multiple tasks throughout facility. Referred to as a "floater", this operator moves from department to department as needed.
