Manatee County residents only With Hurricane Season starting in June, Manatee County Animal Services wants to make sure pet owners are prepared in the event of a storm. Free services offered:  Vaccines (rabies and distemper)Microchip (with registration)Manatee County Annual Pet LicenseDogs must be leashed and non-aggressive. Cats must be in a secure carrier.
