This property custodian position will be responsible for the cleanliness of apartment buildings in Princeton and St. Francis. You would be in charge of making sure it's a good environment for residents to come home to, and assist with cleaning apartments before residents move in - ensuring they are immediately comfortable in their new home. This position is perfect for the active candidate, not wanting to be cooped up in an office! Properties are owned and managed by a national Property Management group who promotes from within and encourages development - many of their Property Managers and Maintenance Technicians started in this position!
