Press release from the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office: May 10, 2021 Miller entered the JCSO Detention Facility on April 12, 2021 on a stay of execution for her third DUI conviction after she was sentenced on April 9. She transferred to ICCS West on April 28.  Intervention Community Corrections Services (ICCS) is a private, non-profit community corrections agency that provides a wide variety of services to the criminal justice system. In addition to managing work release programs, the services include residential/non-residential offender management, substance abuse monitoring, and educational/vocational assistance. The ICCS West facility provides these services specifically to female offenders. This press release was produced by the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office.
