Production Operator Needed, no experience required

We are looking for a reliable and responsible individual to join our Production team!! Duties & Responsibilities include: • Takes daily Work Assignments from the Production Planner • Follows established procedures of gathering materials and tools • Follows established procedure for preservation of product and non-conforming materials. • Coordinates internal 1st Article inspection of initial part with QC Inspector. • Produces Quantities of Items as indicated on Work Order. • Reports any non-conformances to QC Inspector • Follows and performs established Preventive Maintenance schedules. • Follows all Safety related procedures while using Equipment, supplies & tools. • Follows all packaging requirements as established on Picklists & Process Travelers. • Maintains a Clean & Safe work area. Qualifications: Good Communication Skills required. Basic English and Math skills required. Qualified employee must possess an ability to follow established processes and procedures. Organizational skills are needed for accuracy and efficiency in processing customer orders. Computer skills are required to process orders through the company’s internal software. Qualified employee must show the ability to follow both verbal and written instructions. Must be punctual with good attendance and safety habits and be effective working as a member of a team.
