We self-perform demolition, excavation, framing, flooring, finish carpentry, painting and tile work for our projects as part of our commitment to retain craftsmanship and deliver against the triple constraints of cost, time and quality. Our work environment is fast-paced, focused yet fun, and we are based on the Peninsula. Job Duties: • Dump runs • Pulling and backing up a trailer • Assisting others with light construction jobs • Store runs for materials • Experience in other construction areas a HUGE plus and will be considered first Requirements: • CLEAN DMV RECORD • Must be able to pass a drug test • Must be able to lift 50+ lbs • Work well with others as well as independently • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions • Honesty & Integrity • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. • Ability to work independently, but can follow directions given by supervisors • Must be able to speak and write in English Benefits: • 40 Hrs per week with occasional service overtime • 401k & Health Benefits (After Probationary Period) Please e-mail resumes as a word doc attachment.
