Recon360 provides in-house design with reconstruction, roofing, painting and maintenance divisions dedicated exclusively for homeowner association communities. We are dedicated to serving the board of directors with our expertise in waterproofing and building exterior solutions. Recon360 is a proven industry partner getting projects built to code, built on time and built to budget. We are seeking a Senior Estimator in our Bay Area office to join our team. Senior Estimator Primary Responsibilities: The Senior estimator is responsible for preparing full estimates and proposals for large and complex projects. Additional responsibilities include: · Review and evaluate RFPs · Review construction documents and understand scope of work · Analyze drawings and specifications · Estimate the time, materials, and equipment required to complete a project · Prepare Cost of Repair and Settlement Sufficiency Analysis and other litigation support estimates and reports · Review design documents for proper information to receive accurate pricing from subcontractors and suppliers Required Qualifications: · 5 years of experience as a senior estimator · Excellent oral and written communications skills · Attention to details · Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or other related fields desired · Proficient in MS Excel Benefits Offered: · Generous Compensation · Continued Education · Supportive Culture · Team Building · Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance · 401K – Employer Match · Paid Holidays, Sick Pay and Vacation
