So when her little brother Jamie is shipped out of London to escape the war, Ada doesn’t waste a minute—she sneaks out to join him. Join us as we discuss this remarkable book with other tweens and their parents. There will be a librarian to facilitate but we encourage the children to carry the discussion. Parents are encouraged but not required to attend the book club, however, parents must remain in the library for the duration of the meeting. The meeting will be held in the Giddens Auditorium (in the lobby of the library) and refreshments will be served.
