When Trump was in office, I assumed that the reason why he was unable to accomplish much was because of opposition from the democrats. Now that Biden is in office and account plucking so much so fast, it makes he realize that Trump had no idea how to get anything done he has no idea how Washington works. Trump was a lazy self serving leader. His promised were far bigger than his actions. Trump did not even represent his own supporters very well.
