Restoration Technicians Job Description PuroClean Disaster Services is looking for the right people to join our team ! EXPERIENCE RECOMMENDED Although the majority of our work is scheduled during normal business hours, this position requires some overtime, occasional weekend, and rotating "On Call" Schedule. We are seeking someone who is comfortable working hard in challenging situations, enjoys meeting new people, has excellent communication skills and is serious multi-tasker. Perform services as assigned, following PuroClean company guidelines. Communicate with the customer to make sure that all needs are met. Production processes are performed according to guidelines and work orders. Communications to Project Managers and customer are clear and timely. Vehicles, equipment, and facilities remain clean, sanitize orderly, and working properly. Duties: · Water and Fire Mitigation · Board-up Services · Demolition · Contents Pack out & Cleaning · Contents Moving & Storage Learning the reconstruction side of the industry : - Painting - Small Carpentry - Flooring Qualifications: Restoration experience a huge plus but we will train the right candidate Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check · Good interpersonal skills and communication · Able to work independently and as part of a team · Self starter, willing to learn, with solid work history · High school degree or equivalent educational experience; · Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Benefits: Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour based on experience 2 weeks of paid Vacation accrued from the first day of employment health, vision and dental insurance after 90 days
