Chosen Wood window performs maintenance and restoration on all types of wood windows. From modern manufactures to old vintage single pane windows. Services we provide are glass replacement, dry rot repair, sash reproduction, slip’s™ & insulated glass conversions, complete shop vintage window restoration, putty glazing, window operations, weatherstripping, window hardware. Our mobile shops are fully equipped and are set up to work in rain or shine. Our company has been around for more than 20 years preforming window restoration in the Northwest. We are at the beginning stages of starting a year around on-site team. The job involves doing different tasks in the wood window repair process. Tasks included are dry rot repair, glass replacement, operational repair, glazing, etc. You will work on a 2-person team on different residential houses. There is room for advancement with our residential crews and sometimes offer commercial positions. Qualifications: Successful candidate will have basic carpentry skills, knowledge of power tools, painting and caulking skills. Familiarity with wood windows and/or glazing is desirable, but not required. candidate must be strong as materials sometimes exceed 50 +lbs. happens. Our Washington office is located at 6601 East Marginal Way South, Seattle, WA ​. We are a small but growing company in the area.
