ALSO LOOKING FOR SKILLED ROOFERS AND ROOF CREWS (AUBURN) employment type: full-time POSITION OVERVIEW SIGN ON BONUS FOR EXPERIENCED ROOF CREW As a replacement or repair technician you will be responsible with providing excellent work and representing Guardian as a brand, anywhere from customer service, teaching and adhering to the quality standards that Guardian has in place. The Roofing replacement/repair technician will be responsible for full reconstruction of a roof as well as repairs that clients may need while working with a team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Demonstrated roofing experience. Successful history of safety standard adherence. Ability to manage high volume workload with competing and changing priorities. Knowledge of residential roofing system such as Composite, Shingle, Shake, Flat and Torch varieties. Ability to work from heights on roofs exposed to the elements. Willing to work evenings and weekends as necessary. JOB REQUIREMENTS· Ability to perform assigned tasks daily through completion with a strong attention to detail. · Must not be afraid of heights. · Must be able to lift 50 lbs. regularly, repeated bending, climbing, kneeling · Ability to work with others. · Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines. · Maintain professional interaction with all customers.· REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS Superintendent of replacement and repair LOCATION Auburn, WA COMPENSATION· The compensation package will be highly competitive.
