Job Description Janitor Supervisor - Night Position Alliance Building Services is looking for a mobile supervisor for local medical clinics throughout the Everett area. These cleaning professionals will go to different cleaning locations, supervise a crew and be responsible for a janitorial run. Minimum requirements to be considered for this role are: 1 year or more medical janitorial experience Valid US driver's license Personal vehicle Valid vehicle insurance Work will take place in the Everett area driving to multiple clinics. Alliance Building Services is a full-service maintenance company operating in the greater Seattle Area. We provide janitorial services, window cleaning, carpet and upholstery cleaning, pressure washing, lighting, building restoration, and grounds care. Schedules will vary Weekends may be required. Night schedule will be required. Hours are typically 7:00 p.m. - 3:30 a.m. Must be 18 years or older. A criminal background check and driving record check will be conducted. Benefits - (waiting periods may apply) Medical Dental Vision Pension or 401 K Vacation Janitor Supervisor – Job Description Oversee all janitorial work of a crew within the job site, check employees' work and train employees. Travel to different locations primarily in the Everett surrounding area. Accept and respond to work orders via e-mail, inventory supplies, complete order forms, collect payroll information. Respond to customer and Alliance Building Services requests via phone, email or logbook. Must be able to interface with building management. Will complete janitorial cleaning tasks regularly. Janitor – Qualifications and Requirements: Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds Ability to use a backpack vacuum for extended periods of time Strong interpersonal skills, able to work with different crews daily Committed to excellent cleaning and communication with other Alliance Building Service staff. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
