Description
We are seeking a Senior Electro-Mechanical Support Specialist to serve as the Company’s product expert and main point of contact to solve the more detailed issues for our high-tech client’s customers, located near Nashua, NH.
Responsible for staying current with all Company equipment (electronics and software) and its features. Efficiently and professionally handle all customer issues, including test, evaluate, troubleshoot, software and application support. Resolve issues either independently or with assistance from other departments within the company, as needed. Review, analyze, and modify systems including imaging, testing, debugging and installing to support proprietary application software and equipment. Maintain the CRM service database, document problems and provide customer feedback where needed to improve the product line.
Must have outstanding communication, customer relations/service, technical support, electro-mechanical troubleshooting, research, time management, computer (CRM software and MS Office) and problem-solving skills. Experience with software and connectivity, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth. Able to read schematics, wiring diagrams, assembly drawings and blueprints.
Bachelors’ degree in IT, Software, Electrical or Electronic Technology and a minimum of five years of related technical support experience is required. Experience in a high-tech software or hardware environment is preferred.
