Grow with us! Autowash continues to grow in 2021. Facility Managers with a sense of pride are necessary to maintain the foundation of our brand. An ideal facility manager will be mechanically inclined and an independent problem solver. This person will be a strong communicator, effectively navigating various vendor and customer needs while maintaining a clean and efficient Autowash facility. Duties: Manages the foundation of the Autowash brand by maintaining a clean, operational site that customers enjoy visiting. Performs various cleaning duties at assigned locations, including: emptying trash, cleaning wash bays, sweeping parking lot areas, picking up litter on site, and cleaning equipment as needed. Performs various maintenance duties at assigned locations, including: testing wash functions, checking chemical levels, replacing chemical drums, and performing checklists daily. Performs machine repairs as necessary, including: leaks, broken hoses, valves, solenoids, etc. Actively assist customers in utilizing wash system by answering questions, providing friendly support. Works closely with management and other facility staff in developing an integral team that effectively represents the quality and professionalism of the company. *This job is not limited to the requirements listed above and we work rain or shine!* Physical Demands: Work performed in shop environment such as noise, dust, odors and fumes, chemicals and adhesives Regularly required to sit, walk, stand, bend, lift and/or climb Regularly required to reach with hands and arms. Regularly required to talk or hear. Regularly required to lift heavy weights (50 pounds or greater) above shoulder height. Regularly required to move heavy weights (250 pounds or greater) along ground. Maintain an upright standing position for an excess of 8 hours. Finger dexterity and hand coordination required. Specific vision abilities required for this job include: close vision, distance vision, ability to adjust or focus.
