The position requires/prefers: Two or more years of experience performing commercial flooring take-offs with estimating software. Hard surface and soft flooring preferred. Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications. Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to meet deadlines. Being a self-starter with excellent intrapersonal skills. Professional communication skills. Proficient in MS Office. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
