Self-Storage Facility in Denver, CO is looking for a motivated and dependable person to fill a Maintenance role for a Self-Storage facility in Denver.
Job duties include all aspects of Property Maintenance, General Maintenance and Repairs, Painting, and Landscaping.
Responsibilities include being able to work both inside and outside (i.e. cleaning of units, picking up trash and debris, pulling weeds, mowing grass, sweeping hallways and grounds, minor repair issues, touch up painting, etc.).
The right candidate should possess good time management skills and have the ability to solve problems in a courteous and timely manner. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Must be able to pass a background check, have a valid U.S. Driver’s License and a bank account for payroll direct deposit. Reliable transportation is required. Starting hourly pay depends on experience and is in the $16 - $18/hour range. Must be able to lift 40 lb. Typical work week is 32 hours.
