Event Staff / Production Assistant Need helper on Thursday May 20, 2021 in Fernandina Beach. Noon to 10pm. $20/hour. Kinda of a hybrid position - a little event set up and a little PA. If you are organized, have professional appearance, hard working student, grad, or young professional, and have event or video production experience, contact us ASAP. Working with our AV tech, you will assist with: - Unloading equipment - Setting up audio/visual and lighting (video projector, video screen, speakers, amps) - Running audio/video/extension cables (xlr, 1/4”, HDMI, power cables, gaffers tape) - Setting up venue, including chairs, tables - Monitoring items and venue once event begins - Packing up equipment when the event is completed (All ground level work - no ladders.) Interested in automobiles, aircraft, and movies? This might be for you. Dinner provided. Attire: During set up shorts/jeans okay. Once event begins you should have pants and polo/button down shirt.. semi-casual. When replying, please include any past experience in production or events you may have.
