We have lost our black and white border collie, “Cowboy”. He ran off when frightened by fireworks. As a rescue he is nervous and shy. He ran from the Shoreline Farms neighborhood off of River Road. He is chipped has a red invisible fence collar. Please call 843-29six-743eight Thank you.
