Found 2 baby kittens eyes opened

I heard kittens crying under a pile of building supplies and garbage. I only found 2. But I cant keep them. I think they've been under there a few days, but are efinately going to survive. I bought bottles, kitten formula and some canned food for them. They are in need of a new home. I have too many dogs that will hurt them. Please help if you can. Thank you.
