Lost our 1 year old kitty female grey and white

Our one year old cat just recently had kittens, but shortly after began experiencing short seizures. She was skinny, yet for the most part normal and very very sweet. Loved people. Two days ago she got outside and has not returned. I'm sad and scared she may have had a really bad seizure and may have passed away in our neighborhood somewhere. If anyone has any info at all.
