DENTAL WORK NEEDED

I am currently without insurance for a couple months and am in need of some dental work. I have at least two areas that need implants, a small hole in a back tooth that needs fixed because I have been unable to eat on that side for over a year and a space between my two front teeth fixed. I am 49 and this is something that has bothered me for a long time. Its more than cosmetic at this point due to not being able to chew on one side of my mouth. If there's a dentist out there who would consider doing this work for "work of mouth" advertising or if I could pay back over time or even work to pay it off. I am a homemaker and have plenty of free time. I am newly moved to Las Vegas and don't currently have a dentist here. Please only reach out to this post if serious. No solicitations please.
