Small construction/ real estate development company looking for someone highly motivated. Some of the projects we take on are for homeowners but most of the projects are on our own properties. Construction experience is preferred but not necessary for the right person. We do all construction trades except plumbing and electric. Most of our work is in Auburn/Skaneateles area...sometimes an occasional job in Syracuse. Roofing Siding Decks Windows/doors Framing Kitchens Baths Masonry/tilework Stucco Concrete Flooring Painting Trim If you know how to do any of these trades GREAT. If you don't know how to do any of them at all but you're motivated, high energy, have a good attitude and are a fast learner then that's just as good. Starting pay between $16-$20 an hour If you work hard and help me knock out all the projects I have lined up then your pay will increase.
