Wanted : GOOD bartenders / servers for private events

Well established bartending company is looking for more GOOD bartenders and servers for extra help this year. Please do not waste our time or yours. Serious inquiries only! We need bartenders who are certified, not just “drink pourers”. Before you reply to apply you MUST have the following requirements : - EXPERIENCE- at least 1 - 2 years in the "catering field or industry" - that means working private parties consistently. If you only have restaurant experience sorry, but please do not apply as we do not have the time to train new people at the moment. Bartenders - WILL BE TESTED on their drink knowledge before being hired as a bartender. You Must also have a full and complete bar kit. - A smart phone. - Access to email, this is how you will get your info to work 95% of the time. - Your own reliable transportation (car - not public transportation or rideshare) - A great and positive attitude when working. You MUST have this ATTIRE to work - BLACK SLACKS (NOT YOGA PANTS OR BLACK JEANS) - A WHITE LONG SLEEVE BUTTON DOWN COLLARED SHIRT - A BLACK LONG SLEEVE BUTTON DOWN COLLARED SHIRT - BLACK SOCKS - BLACK, NON SLIP (hard) SHOES THAT COVER YOUR FEET ENTIRELY - A LONG BLACK TIE - A BLACK BOWTIE (bowtie can be purchased later if and when needed) - A BLACK APRON. You will need to show us your uniform before being hired. Pictures are attached to show you our most used outfits We are all grown ups here so we expect you to work when working with as little supervision as necessary. Be ON time when showing up to work an event. (we have let go of many good staff because of this problem). It’s a job so treat it like one. No cellphone usage while working (we have let many people go for this). Again it’s a job. You’re here to work not play on your phone. We expect you to have a good (can do - proactive) attitude when working. Do things ahead of time without needing to be asked. Be proactive. We expect you to be easy going yet hard working when necessary. To get along with other staff and always do whatever it takes to get the job done nicely and please the clientele. ALL bartenders MUST work as servers if and when needed - NO exceptions. We say again...NO exceptions. If you ONLY WANT TO BARTEND THEN PLEASE DO NOT APPLY to this company.
