I am an educated 44-year-old white man currently living in upstate SC. I am looking to make friends, female and male, online to meet up with later this year when I come to visit southeastern Iowa. My plan is to visit for a week or two and get a feel for the people and general area. Then, possible rent or buy a small house in the country or outside of a small town. I'm retired and looking for relaxed small-town living. I've been led to believe by local friends that are from the SE Iowa area that it is one of the best most wholesome areas to live. I'm a laid-back man that enjoys a night eating out with friends or having a small friendly gathering in private.
