This position requires you to perform a wide range of repair tasks at a property. These include, but are not limited to: Door and wall repair, electrical issues, plumbing issues (i.e. toilets, sinks, leaks,) maintaining HVAC systems, etc. The right person will be punctual and have a good attitude. This is a career position with growth and training opportunities. Properties are mainly in south Pittsburgh. Must have a Drivers License Must have reliable vehicle Must have basic tools to bring with you Must have light plumbing and electrical knowledge Starting wage depends on experience with the opportunity for growth Background check required
