Job Description Location: Opening for FULL TIME step van delivery drivers to service FedEx Ground packages throughout NWA area. All drivers dispatch out of Lowell, AR. Description: This is a NON CDL position!!! However, all candidates must currently have OR have the ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen. Must Be Able To Demonstrate Area Knowledge. Ability To Lift 50 Lbs. Ability To Maneuver Packages Of Any Weight Above 50 Lbs With Appropriate Equipment And/Or Assistance From Another Person. Good Human Relations And Verbal Communication Skills. Thorough Knowledge Of Northwest Arkansas/ Benton County Preferred. Demonstrated Skills In Adaptability, Dependability, And Excellent Delivery Methods. Must Maintain Neat Appearance Since Customer Contact Is Required. Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner. Our professional drivers are required to deliver out of FedEx Ground branded step vans Our company operates and services packages 7 days a week for FedEx Ground. The full time position will be comprised of a 5 day work week.For the current position posting: The ideal candidates should be available to work some weekends. *** Schedules may be changed or adjusted throughout the year depending on company needs as a result of continued company/area growth*** Benefits: Most Major holidays off. Paid Time Off Qualifications: Must be 21 years of age or older. Must possess a VALID drivers license Must be able to pass a DOT medical exam Must pass a motor vehicle screening Must pass a background check and drug screen Required Experience: Commercial Driving: 6 months to 1 year combined experience in a company vehicle i.e. Uber, pizza delivery, shuttle bus, taxi, a service truck/ van or larger, etc.... All driving experience MUST BE VERIFIABLE...we use a 3rd party company to screen and verify this information. (***NO CDL REQUIRED***) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $120.00+ per day
