Full time nanny needed in central Austin

We are 2 physicians with 2 wonderful, healthy, easy going children, ages 5 and 3, and one on the way (due Aug). We are looking for a full time nanny to start this summer. Kids are at home this summer but go back to school in Aug. When the new baby arrives, we plan to also have additional support with an au pair or baby nurse. Responsibilites include standard nanny duties (feeding, doing activities, light cleaning/ tidying, kids laundry) but also school drop off/ pick ups, and must be comfortable caring for infants. 40-45 hrs/wk guaranteed, with standard benefits (2 weeks vacation, holidays paid). Must have prior experience as a nanny, 2-3 references, a safe/reliable car, and be able to pass a background check and submit references. Also must be comfortable with pets (we have a dog and cat). Will need to sign a 1 year contract.
