We are currently seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team! This position is located in Santa Fe, NM. You will be responsible for supervising the maintenance team, completing work orders, make ready apartments and other required tasks. Responsibilities: Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion Estimate time and extent of repairs Perform routine preventive maintenance Maintain material and supply inventory Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary ​Qualifications: Previous experience in apartment maintenance required Must be HVAC certified (if you are applying for the Lead Maintenance position) Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment Ability to handle physical workload Deadline and detail-oriented Must have reliable transportation Must have experience with chillers
