Description
Sometimes we must make the difficult decision to part ways with a pet. We have 4-year-old full bred Lab (Shadow) that needs a new home with a taller fence. We have a shorter fence, and he has become a fence jumper. When we catch him running the neighborhood, he is always obedient when we call him home. Unfortunately, there are times he gets too far away, and we are fearful he will get hit by a car.
Shadow loves to be outside but we do not want to tie him up anymore. He is a sweet dog and has always done well with our family. He is also calm around other dogs. We brought him home at 10-12 weeks old.
He will need extra care during loud storms. About 2 years ago, he developed major anxiety issues with storms and loud noises. He escapes from store bought kennels during storms. So, I built a strong kennel on wheels out of scrap wood which we put him in during storms. I’m willing to let the kennel go with him.
He would love to live indoors because he loves being with people all the time. However, if left alone inside during storms, his anxiety could cause him to damage things.
He is a sweet, lovable dog who loves lots of belly rubs and pets. We are asking for a $50.00 rehoming fee.
