Local USDA processing facility has an opening for a meat cutter. Experience preferred. A meat cutter takes primal cuts and shapes it down into a variety of smaller cuts/portion controlled. Must be able to lift a minimum of 60 pounds. Self motivated and dependable. Work in a fast pace physically demanding environment. Work in a refrigerated conditions. Training provided.
