2 10-week old Male Rats

Description
These sweethearts are 10 weeks old and are the only 2 left out of a litter of 11. The rest all found homes through word of mouth. Having been born in our home, these siblings were held, played with and cuddled every day since birth. They are super friendly, outgoing and curious. Despite their young age, they are very easy to handle - they’ll chill on your shoulder or in your pocket or hoodie. They’ve never bitten and are instead quick to give kisses! They also love their free-roam play, especially when we engage in hand-wrestle play and tickling - they dart to and fro as they play hide then run back for more. These boys love human attention and come running to the cage door to be held every time we walk into the room (unless they're napping in a rat pile)! These boys grew up with their siblings, Mama, and their neutered uncle until they were 5 weeks old, at which point the 5 brothers were separated from the females and moved in with Papa (who was neutered last week - he was thought to have been neutered by the previous owner who rehomed him with us). They are used to being in a big clan, including older rats, so introducing them to rat(s) you may already have should go smooth on their end. Because rats are very social creatures and I only have the 2 boys left, I am not willing to separate them. Both mama and papa were purchased locally and came from a reputable pet rat breeder, and they are both very healthy and friendly. I'm asking $40 rehoming fee for the pair (half the price of the local pet store; willing to negotiate). Their brothers are heading up to a vet in Paso Robles in late June to get neutered. They charge $90 each, and I will put all of your rehoming fee towards the procedure you choose to neuter. Google the benefits of neutering pet rats and decide if this is right for you. Plenty of people keep in-tact male rats together, though. If interested, please send a message with a phone number to text. I can share more photos or videos of them, and I'll want to see your setup and evidence that you understand their needs. Pet rats are very intelligent and loving when given the proper care and attention!
