Successful and well established building materials distributor is seeking a motivated, dynamic, and detail-oriented individual for a full-time Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver (Class C) position. Primary responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Material handling using a forklift, pallet-jack, and hand truck; Receive materials and place into stock; Customer Service, inventory counts/corrections and data entry. Deliveries performed in a safe and courteous manner to residential, business and job-site addresses while operating a Nissan 3500 Van. Working in our warehouse when not on deliveries. Heavy, repetitive lifting required. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with a 1-hour lunch. Requirements: High school diploma of GED (required) Experience in a warehouse setting Experience operating a sit-down 5000 lbs. capacity forklift Valid California driver's license. A clean DMV record Must be a team player with the ability to get along with fellow employees and customers Excellent punctuality and attendance. Most of all, must have a strong work ethic, be energetic, self-motivated and have the initiative for quality and superior service.
