If so, it may be Migraine. Migraine headache is a condition characterized by headache pain in the neck and head.
Symptoms often include: Headaches that can be dull, acute, frequent, severe, or throbbing. They may or may not be accompanied by sensitivity to light and sound, or nausea/ vomiting.
Oregon Center for Clinical Investigations, Inc. (OCCI, Inc.) is researching an investigational medication for migraine. If you think your adolescent is suffering from the symptoms of migraines, and are between the ages of 12-17, they may qualify for this research study.
Qualified participants receive all research-related care, study medication, and study-related office visits (3 visits) at no cost.
